QLD: Man detained after threatening to torch caravan

BRISBANE, Aug 25 AAP - A 43-year-old man was detained after pouring petrol on a caravan and
threatening to set it alight last night.

A police officer suffered a hand injury as he struggled with the man at the Belcaro caravan
park at Wynnum, police said.

The man was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital for assessment under the Mental Health
Act.
